Nutrex is a research–driven company, specialized in development, production and marketing of additives for feed. It is our aim to engage in a sustainable partnership as your most reliable supplier of optimal solutions for better nutrition.
Background story
Since its founding in 1988 by CEO Leo Van de Mierop, NUTREX has faced the evolving challenges of supplying the world’s fast-growing population with safe, affordable, and sustainable food. This journey has paralleled a growing interest in environmental and animal welfare.
Today, NUTREX is a Belgian family-owned company and an internationally recognized expert in specialty additives for the feed industry, with sales in over 50 countries worldwide. Nutrex has subsidiaries in several countries, including two production facilities in the Benelux, which provide large production capacity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Recently, the second generation, sons Kurt Van de Mierop and Geert Van de Mierop, have taken over their father’s responsibilities.
